REFUND POLICY

To cancel a subscribed course, you must inform us by calling us at +6016 268 8716, or by emailing support@bisston.com. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the existing session start time the course fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is undertaken within 7 days before the existing session start time, the full course fees will be forfeited and the course will be registered as an attempt.

Proof of purchase or payment is required in order to support your refund application. Once your refund request is received and verified, we will send you a notification email to notify that we have received your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced courses may be refunded upon approval, unfortunately on-sale or promotional training courses cannot be refunded.
No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.

MODIFICATION OF THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time-to-time and without notice. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
